Had ETS on Monday- still sweating

Recommended Posts

Hi

I had ETS done on Monday for excessive sweating in my hands. The day of surgery my hands were dry but as the days go by, the sweating has increased (in my hands only). How long till they will be completely dry? I thought the results would be immediately. Anyone have any experience with this? Thanks in advance!

As far as I'm aware it can often take a few days for sweating to stop, though I would recommend contacting your surgery if the sweating has not stopped by Monday.

Good luck.

The surgery did not work in all likelihood if your hands still sweat two weeks later. Who was the surgeon? Do you know what ganglions were cut/clamped/cauterized LadyRed? Has your facial sweating been affected?

I would hold off on a redo and try to get the above info first.
