  1. This is so bizzare. I too have had horrible indigestive problems and have always had this sneaky suspision that it is somehow linked to my blushing. This is going to sound very wierd, but I can actually make my stomach growl--loudly, just by pushing it out. My sisters think it's hilarious. I'm pretty sure it's just annoying. Another strange digestive problem I've had are the hiccup-burps. Has anyone ever had those before? Anyway thanks for the post, I think we could go somewhere with this one.
  2. So you never got any bruises from the Vbeam???

Thank You Vicky, I always love reading your posts. I can tell you care about people and that you enjoy helping others in need. Just curious, are the antioxidants supposed to help with blushing, or is that just for general health. I hope everything is going well for you. Kelly

Hey Vicki, I was just wondering if you take medication, and if so what works for you? Kelly
  5. I really appreciate all of your comments. FB has been slowly turning me into a social phobic, but recently I've tried to take control of my life and push myself to get out there and meet new people and just have a life. When I was a child, I loved being with people. I remember how it felt to feel connected with people and I want that back so bad. My communication skills vary greatly depending on who I'm talking to and I'd like that to change. I want to feel a strong level of comfort with whom ever I'm talking to. My trouble is that I always feel that I'm being judged or that I will be judged. I have sort of lost myself in this whole process because I'm constantly adapting to be like the people who I'm with at the moment just so they'll like me. I want to be able to say what I think and not be ashamed. Shame is what brings on the blush. This may have been totally off topic but it's what came out. Thank you again for your post.
  6. Did the V Beam cause any bruising on your face?????
  7. thanks for the reply abacab! Very much appreciated.
  8. I decided to get laser treatment done a month ago for rosacea/ facial blushing. My first session was a piece of cake. Pain was minimal and there were no visible side effects. The second session was horrible! The pain was more intense and I was left with little pencil eraser sized purple bruises all over my face. I looked like I had a severe case of the chicken pocks. They did warn me ahead of time mind you, but still! It's been five days now and the bruises have faded quite a bit. They say bruising is necessary in order for the treatment to be effective. And get this, they want to increase the darkness of the bruises with each session. The treatment consists of 6 sessions total, but honestly I don't think I have the guts to go through with it. Has anybody ever done this before? Any advise would be greatly appreciated!
  9. Hey Frog, How is the St. Johns Wart working on your anxiety? Kelly
