  1. I asked you previously in the thread what dietary changes you've made and you didn't answer and you're also one of the few here that promotes self mutlilation (surgery) for HH and FB. What do you think is the cause of HH? Don't tell me the usual overactive nervous system thing. If we had overactive nervous systems we would experience more symptoms and it would affect us in more than one way, since it is such a vital part of the body.
  2. I'm guessing it's because of their low-fat and refined grains (rice) rich diets.
  3. Since I managed to find a "cure" for my sweating, this will be my last post on this forum. I would like to urge more people to change their diets and try to eat more like their ancestors did prior to the advent of the food industry. I believe HH is not genetic because our ancestors would have probably died out long ago if they lost so much fluid each day. HH is simply a degenarative "Western world disease" that can be reversed or greatly controlled by changes in diet and lifestyle! I wish you all the best of luck!
  4. Well you have to give it a bit more time. 3 days is not sufficient for your body to repair all those years of damage but at least now you know that diet plays an often neglected role in excessive sweating.
  5. How's it going? My dietary changes have decreased my sweating a lot however they also seemed to have slowed down my metabolism as I've gained a lot of weight lately.

  7. What's the purpose of cutting out bread and eating cookies instead? Eating only lean meats, fruits and veggies will lead to starvation. What you need to do is eat more natural fats from animal sources. And if you feel very bad going cold turkey, try to slowly increase your fat intake while decreasing carb intake until you feel comfortable.
  8. I would suggest you change your diet and try to eat more natural fats mostly from animal sources.

  10. I'd think twice about taking anti-psychotic drugs as they have a proven record of messing you up pretty bad in the long run.

  12. acupuncture is bull****, don't waste your money on that. from my experience, diet & aerobic exercise are the best things.
